Science Director

Leading the AI Research team in building safe and effective autonomous conversational assistants to transform healthcare delivery, grounded in AI safety principles. Our research has been published in top-tier journals and presented at major clinical and computer science conferences (ARVO, ESCRS, ACL, NEURIPS).

Co-founder

Co-founded a digital mentorship platform connecting aspiring ophthalmologists with experienced mentors for career guidance and interview preparation. We also partnered with Orbis UK and donate 1 cataract surgery to a child in need for every doctor who signs up. Have helped over 500 candidates over the last 4 years

Creator

Created and taught a course designed to empower clinicians with programming skills, enabling them to build their own health-tech solutions.

PhD Candidate

Researching the safe deployment of AI in healthcare by applying safety engineering principles from other high-risk domains to medical AI systems at the University of York's Centre for Assuring Autonomy. This is alongside my role leading AI research at Ufonia.

Creator

Developed and launched a chrome extension with AI voice capture functionality for personal productivity. Find out more at
